The present invention relates to a touch sensor integrated display device for improving touch functions by improving touch precision in a corner or edge part. The touch sensor integrated display device comprises: a plurality of gate lines and data lines having an active region and a bezel region disposed in the outside of the active region, and crossing each other in the active region; a plurality of pixel electrodes respectively formed in a region defined by crossing of the gate lines and data lines in the active region; a plurality of main electrodes respectively divided into a first direction in which at least a part thereof overlaps with and cross the pixel electrode in the active region, and a second direction crossing the first direction; a plurality of main routing wires connected to each of the first main electrodes, horizontally arranged with respect to each other in the second direction, and extending to the bezel region from the active region; a plurality of assisting electrodes disposed to surround the circumference of the active region in the bezel region; and a plurality of assisting routing wires respectively connected to the assisting electrodes, and horizontally arranged with respect to each other in the second direction. |
