Provided are a method, device and system for establishing a multi-party call based on a Web RTC, which relate to the field of communications, and can reduce requirements for relatively high device performance caused by conducting local sound mixing and can also further reduce the waste of conference place resources caused when the multi-party call is recovered to a two-party call without contacting a conference place server to conduct complicated conference place resource application, thereby finally reducing the establishment steps of the multi-party call, and improving the use efficiency of communication resources. The method specifically comprises: sending, by a first user, a request for establishing a multi-party call to a conference application server; judging, by the conference application server, whether the first user has the right to establish the multi-party call, and sending a request for joining a multi-party conference to the user which is to participate in the multi-party call; and making the first user send an invitation for establishing a media channel to other users, thereby finally realizing the multi-party call through the established media channel and in combination with the technology of media stream multiplexing and audio-video tags in a browser. The present invention is used for realizing a multi-party call. |
