The present invention relates to a road freezing preventing system, a thermal diffusion member of the same, and an installation method for the same. The present invention improves freezing prevention and defrosting efficiency as heat from an electric heating wire is diffused by the thermal diffusion member; and improves workability by reducing a number of electric heating wires to be placed as the electric heating wires have high heating efficiency when compared with an existing electric heating wire. |
