A safety system for an electric power line (EL) for interconnecting a tractor (1) and a respective trailer (2), the electric power line comprising a portion on board the tractor (1) and a portion on board the trailer (2), the safety system comprising a traction-detection element (A1, A2, CH, EL, K1) designed to identify a departing movement between said tractor (1) and the respective trailer (2), said traction-detection element being connected with means for de-energizing (C, S, M) completely said electric power line (EL) when said reciprocal departing movement exceeds a predefined threshold. |
