PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument preventing deviation of operation wires loosened by a rotational operation.SOLUTION: The medical instrument (a catheter) includes a sheath part 10, a pair of operation wires 30, and a rotational operation part 60 that bends the sheath part 10 in a direction corresponding to the operation wires 30 pulled by rotational operation. The rotational operation part 60 includes a wire fixing plate 64 having a lateral peripheral surface around which the operation wires 30 are wound, and a perforation portion 63c and a closure portion 63d that are provided integrally with the wire fixing plate 64 at a position facing the lateral peripheral surface in the radially outside of the lateral peripheral surface of the wire fixing plate. |
