PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicon nitride substrate having high dielectric strength and bond strength with a circuit member, a circuit board including the same, and an electronic apparatus including the same.SOLUTION: A silicon nitride substrate 1 is provided with a circuit member 2 at a principal plane. Equal to or more than 50 and equal to or less than 200 per 1 mmof the principal plane of white spots having circle equivalent diameters of equal to or more than 2 μm and equal to or less than 30 μm are present. By satisfying such a configuration, it becomes possible to make the silicon nitride substrate 1 to have excellent characteristics such as having high dielectric strength and high bond strength with the circuit member 2.
