<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety tool for preventing a user from hitching on an operation cord in nonoperation time.SOLUTION: A safety tool 17 is installed in a loop-shaped operation cord 7 suspended from a support member, and the safety tool comprises a body member for storing first and second cord parts 7a and 7b of the operation cord suspended from the support member and an engaging member arranged between the first and second cord parts and engaging with the first and second cord parts, and (1) the safety tool is constituted so as to be manually movable along the first and second cord parts and to hold oneself by the operation cord in nonoperation time, or (2) the safety tool comprises a switching part capable of switching a state of being manually movable along the first and second cord parts and a state of being manually immovable, and the engaging member is constituted so as to change a height position where the engaging member engages with the first and second cord parts in response to the movement of the safety tool.</p> |
