PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device with a light source, which enables a medical device to adapt to and/or be located along a large number of different directions.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 200 includes a flexible substrate 210 that is made from a flexible PCB or a flexible dielectric and that can also be loaded with a conductive trace, and a set of substantially-parallel long cut lines 214 and a set of short cut lines 216, which integrally form "L"-shaped cut lines in the flexible substrate 210. A fracture member 220 of the flexible substrate 210 can be bent by deviating a horizontal plane. |
