PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience of a storage battery.SOLUTION: In a power storage control system 1 for controlling a power storage state of a power storage apparatus (BATT) 7, a control part 30 controls power storage and discharge of the power storage apparatus 7 on the basis of prediction information predicting a future meteorological condition at a position where the power storage apparatus 7 is provided so as not to store power in the power storage apparatus 7 at a low temperature at which a temperature at the position where the power storage apparatus 7 is provided becomes equal to or less than a predetermined threshold temperature.
