PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a laminated film which has a transparent conductive film and offers superior transmittance, and the laminated film.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a laminated film comprising a transparent conductive film laminated on an anti-reflection film includes steps of: forming, on a base material, a lower layer film including an Al/Zn-containing film made up of one or more components selected from a group comprising Al, Zn, an Al compound, a Zn compound, and Al-Zn alloy; creating an anti-reflection film by hydrothermally treating the lower layer film; and forming a transparent conductive film on top of the anti-reflection film. Preferably, the lower layer film may also include a Mg-containing film made up of one or more components selected from a group comprising Mg, a Mg alloy, and a Mg compound. The lower film may preferably have a plurality of the Al/Zn-containing films and Mg-containing films placed at least between the Al/Zn-containing films. |
