<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring device capable of correctly extracting a desired edge even when there is variation in positions in a measuring object region designated by a user, when the measuring object region is designated erroneously or when a plurality of edges are included in the measuring object region.SOLUTION: An image measuring device is configured by: cameras 110, 120 for imaging a workpiece and generating a work image; a measuring region designation unit 23 for designating a measuring object region with respect to the work image based on a user operation; an edge extraction unit 26 for extracting an edge in a measuring object region; an edge extraction result display unit 29 for displaying two or more edge extraction results with respect to the same measuring object region; an edge extraction result selection unit 30 for selecting one of the edge extraction results based on the user operation; and an edge extraction parameter determination unit 41 for determining an edge extraction parameter for extracting the selected edge extraction result more preferentially than other edge extraction results.</p> |
