The present invention relates to a continuously variable transmission. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device for continuously realizing variable transmission without sliding since the present invention has a simple structure. The present invention comprises: a shaft (100) fixated to a vehicle body; a driving unit (200) having a driver (210) and receiving a rotational force; a follower unit (300) having a hub shell (310) and outputting a rotational force; a transmission unit (400) composed of a cone friction vehicle (410) and a driving side ring friction vehicle (420) and a follower side ring friction vehicle (430); and a control unit (500). Therefore, the present invention performs transmission by varying a position of the driving side ring friction vehicle inputting the rotational force so as to easily and continuously perform variable transmission with components less than an existing transmission in order to reduce production costs to improve productivity.
