摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a dual control measurement system having a self-restoration function wherein two control units are embedded in a collection device engaged with various measurement devices; when overload occurs while main control is performed in one control unit, main control is continuously performed in the other control unit; each control unit is formed to be a dual CPU so that the measurement can be distributed to the two control units and processed when the amount of measurement is large; a power control unit monitors a main control unit and a subsidiary control unit and, when power is cut, resets a power supply unit to restart power supply; when power supply is restarted, power is supplied to the main control unit and the subsidiary control unit in order to restart the system; and therefore a technician does not need fix the system in person. The dual control measurement system includes the collection device, connected to multiple measurement devices arranged in a remote site. The collection device is connected to a main server through a modem, includes the two control units which calculates measurement values of the measurement devices, and includes a storage unit which records measurement values. The collection device comprises the main control unit and the subsidiary control unit. The main control unit and the subsidiary control unit are connected to each measurement device one-to-one through one input unit, are connected to the modem through one output unit, include a processing speed detection unit which detects processing speeds of the main control unit and the subsidiary control unit, include a processing speed comparison unit which measures an error range by comparing a real time processing speed, detected by the processing speed detection unit, with a reference processing speed, and include the power control unit which controls power supplied to the main control unit and the subsidiary control unit based on the measurement values of the processing speed comparison unit.</p>
