<p>According to the present invention, a piercing device for manufacturing a muffler is provided to pierce an outer cylinder of a muffler. A supporter installation member is fixated to the rear side of a frame. An insertion supporter inserted into the outer cylinder is fixated to the supporter installation member. A piercing tool is provided above the insertion supporter. The front end of a bolt protrudes from the bottom of the insertion supporter. An outer cylinder fixating member adhering to the inner side of the outer cylinder is provided at the front end of the bolt. A spacing member is provided between the insertion supporter and the outer cylinder fixating member to be moved. A fixating member moving cylinder for moving the spacing member is provided on the supporter installation member. A guiderail is provided in front of the frame. Therefore, the piercing device for manufacturing a muffler allows the formation of a piercing hole at an accurate position on the outer cylinder; and makes up the elongated insertion supporter in a structurally stable condition regardless of load.</p> |
