摘要 A solid electrolyte capacitor includes an anode foil on a surface of which an oxide film is formed, a cathode foil, and a separator. A gap between the anode foil and the cathode foil is filled with a solid electrolyte which contains a conductive fine particles containing a conductive polymer compound and a hydrophilic polymer compound. The hydrophilic polymer compound has a structure expressed by a following chemical formula (I) and a structure expressed by a following chemical formula (II).;—(R1—O)—  (I);—(R2—O)—  (II);In the formula (I) and the formula (II), R1 and R2 are groups selected from the set consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenylene, and a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene, and represent mutually different groups.
