FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control of sagging of objects, namely to control of sagging of geographically extended objects, namely to wires of power transmission lines. The device can be attached to controlled object (22A, 22B), with that, it includes physical sensor (12), data processing unit (14) functionally connected to the sensor, and a communication device for wireless data transfer from the data processing unit to an external device. The sensor has a possibility of determining movement or change of movement of the device, and the data processing unit has a possibility of determining a parameter describing the state of the object based on the movement data supplied from the sensor.
