PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce blank values in magnetic measurement.SOLUTION: The magnetic signal measurement device includes: a first magnetic field application part 141 for applying a first magnetic field of an intensity which does not cause magnetic matters to agglutinate when objects to be measured are being coupled with plural magnetic particle immune bodies as well as capable of aligning the direction of magnetic moment in the magnetic matter; a second magnetic field application part 142 for applying a second magnetic field of an intensity which does not cause the magnetic matters having been applied with the first magnetic field to agglutinate while establishing a magnetic signal; and an SQUID 101 for measuring magnetic signals generated from the magnetic matters.
