<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive inks with a high silver loading amount (greater than 50 wt.%) and low viscosity (less than 5 cP) to meet the requirements of the UA printing for low-cost electronic device applications.SOLUTION: A low-viscosity, high-loading silver nanoparticle conductive ink comprises at least about 50 wt.% of silver nanoparticles, a solvent having viscosity equal to or less than about 1 cP, and a stabilizer. The average particle size of the silver nanoparticles is 0.5 to 100 nm, and the viscosity is less than about 5 cP. The ink is suitable as an ultrasonic sprayer printing ink.</p> |
