PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which a processing personnel in charge of a case is properly assigned, when the processing personnel in charge of the case cannot be assigned in a route setting using the changed organization information after changing the organization information with respect to a case planned in a workflow, by a configuration associating the organization information before change with the organization information after change.SOLUTION: In a workflow system, when a processing personnel in charge of the case is not resolved in a changed organization which is reallocated to the case after changing the organization with respect to a case in which final approval is not complete after being planned, the processing personnel in charge of the case in the changed organization is determined according to a reallocation rule which is configured for the case. When the processing personnel in charge of the case is not determined by the method, the processing personnel in charge of the case is determined by a mapping process. And when the processing personnel in charge of the case is not determined by the mapping process, the reallocation rule configured for the case is applied to the processing personnel in charge of the case determined in the mapping process to resolve the processing personnel in charge of the case. |
