PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an oscillation prevention device by making electrostatic capacitance of a capacitor in the oscillation prevention device appropriate.SOLUTION: An electrostatic capacitance determination method for a capacitor is provided that comprises: a step of classifying DC power supply systems into optional classes on the basis of wiring configuration between a DC power supply and an ICT (Information and Communication Technology) device; a step of calculating, for each of the optional classes, inductance of wiring between the DC power supply and the ICT device; a step of calculating a minimum value of electrostatic capacitance of a capacitor of an oscillation prevention device built in the ICT device, on the basis of the calculated inductance of the wiring and a conditional expression for preventing oscillation in the ICT device; and a step of storing, into a storage unit, the minimum value of the electrostatic capacitance of the capacitor and the optional class in such a manner that they are linked to each other. |
