<p>The present invention relates to a large organic waste anaerobic digestion system using fermentation heat of an aerobic fermentation tube as heating energy. An aerobic fermentation tub (200) and an anaerobic digestion tub (300) are supplied with highly concentrated liquid and solids separated by a preprocess unit (100) and are integrally formed in a track type to be suitable for a mass process, which allows fermentation heat of the aerobic fermentation tub to be delivered to the anaerobic digestion tub. The aerobic fermentation tube has a driving type stirring unit (410) equipped in a moving unit (400) which rotate-moves along a rail (200a) in a direction, which stirs the solids periodically. A hopper (121) for supplying pulverized material is also equipped, moving forward and backward separately from the driving type stirring unit, which allows new solids to be injected uniformly to the aerobic fermentation tub. Fermentation efficiency can be increased by forcefully supplying air to the aerobic fermentation tub. The anaerobic digestion tub forms an acid fermentation lab (313), first and second anaerobic lab (314)(315), a precipitation lab (316) by using a partition (312) which is positioned in a zigzag type and a blocking wall (312-1) which has a digestive juice discharging path, which allows highly concentrated liquid to move slowly and be digested, fermented, and precipitated while the highly concentrated liquid digested in the acid fermentation lab, the first and second anaerobic lab, and the precipitation lab circulates, therefore, methane fermentation efficiency is increased, and furthermore generation of methane gas is increased.</p> |
