PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation guidance display system for a cash processing device which is improved in operability and convenience, a program on the system, and a computer readable recording medium.SOLUTION: State detection means can detect an error state occurring in a cash processing device, the position state of a key provided in the cash processing device, and the storage state of a unit provided in the cash processing device. When the error state is detected by the state detection means, display control means reads release operation procedure data corresponding to the error state from storage means and allows the display means of a terminal apparatus to sequentially display image data and operation wording data corresponding to the progress state of an error release operation by an operator on the basis of the contents of an event code, according to the progress state of the error release operation. |
