PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser surgery device with which a patient eye can be observed successfully.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic laser surgery device is provided that includes an irradiation optical system which emits laser beams output from a laser beam source to a patient eye and which includes an objective lens for making the laser beam converge on tissues of the patient eye for treating the patient eye by the laser beams. The ophthalmic laser surgery device further includes: a delivery unit which includes an irradiation end unit for housing the objective lens and includes at least a part of the irradiation optical system and guides the laser beam to the patient eye; a movement unit which includes a driving part and is provided for moving the irradiation end unit including the objective lens toward the patient eye by the driving of the driving part; an observation optical system which is provided in the irradiation end unit and is used for observing an anterior eye part of the patient eye; and a focus adjusting means for adjusting a focus of the observation optical system relative to the anterior eye part. |
