PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter piece enabling always keeping nearly constantly a contact pressure with a pressure side surface of the shutter piece, adjacent to a tip of the shutter piece in a shutter device performing opening/closing operation.SOLUTION: A shutter piece in a food molding apparatus freely opening/closing an enclosure surrounded by a plurality of shutter pieces includes between a rotation center position in the shutter pieces 19B and a tip part 35A of the shutter piece 19B, a bending allowable part for allowing a tip side part 43A of the shutter piece 19B to bend to an opposite direction of a closing operation direction in closing operation of the shutter piece 19B. The bending allowable part is constituted by a slit 41B, a cut part or a hole. The bending allowable part includes a bending amount adjusting mechanism 61 in order to adjust a bending amount of the tip side part 43A in the shutter piece 19B. |
