The energizing forces of a torsion coil spring 51 provided between the rotating shaft 41 and a first sensor flag 49 and a torsion coil spring 52 provided between the rotating shaft 41 and a second sensor flag 50 are set smaller than the energizing force of a pressurizing spring 44 provided at the positioning mechanism 53. |
