System for optic measurement by means of optic coherence tomography (OCT) of internal dimensions of eye-containing examined object, with object possessing internal borders of division on which refraction index changes, with system being implemented with possibility of detecting part of incident radiation, reflected and/or dispersed by said borders in opposite direction. System contains first OCT-device (OCT1), made with possibility of measuring internal dimensions in first volume, representing part of object, and second OCT-device (OCT2), made with possibility of measuring internal dimensions in second volume, representing part of the same object, with said second volume being different from first volume. OCT 1 is made with possibility to emit first beam (B1) of first emission and has first longitudinal resolution (?z1?(?1)/??1), specified by wavelengths of first emission, located in first interval of wavelengths, specified by first working wavelength (?1) and first band width (??1). OCT2) is made with possibility of emitting second beam (B2) of second emission and has second longitudinal resolution (?z2?(?2)/??2), specified by wavelengths of second emission, located in second interval of wavelengths, specified by second working wavelength (?2) and second band width (??2). First longitudinal resolution (?z1) is higher than second longitudinal resolution (?z2). Method of optic measurement of internal dimensions of incident radiation object includes detection of radiation, reflected back and/or dispersed in opposite direction and measurement in the course of single measuring operation of dimensions in first volume and dimensions in second volume.
