METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCTION OF PLASTIC HOLLOW PARTS OF TWO SHEETS

FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to production of plastic hollow part by forming of two sheets of fused plastic in the mould. Said mould comprises two cavities. Proposed method comprises the steps as follows: a) two fused plastic sheets are extruded as at least one flow of fused plastic and cut across. b) Said sheets are fed between two mould cavities. c) This mould is closed to make said hollow part so that two sheets comply with the mould cavities. d) Hollow part thus produced is withdrawn from said mould. e) All jobs a-d are reiterated for production of the other hollow part of two new sheets. In compliance with this process, before, during or after crosswise cutting, bottom section of two new sheets is cooled down by appropriate cooler for local cooling of sheets at bottom section of said sheers.
