FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biochip for typing the viruses Lassa (LASV), Junin (JUNV), Machupo (MACV), Guanarito (GTOV) and the viruses Ebola (EBOV) and Marburg (MARV), and also a method of typing these viruses. The characterised biochip comprises hybridisation probes attached covalently directly to a micromatrix, having a structure of discriminating DNA-polynucleotides.
