The transparent conductor includes a base layer, and a transparent conductive layer formed on the base layer and including metal nanowires. The transparent conductor has a total diffuse reflection (DR) of greater than or equal to about 80% and less than 330% at a wavelength of about 380 nm to about 780 nm and a reflective b* value from about −2 to about 1 at a wavelength of about 380 nm to about 780 nm. |
