FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method and device for production of bitumen from oil residues and may be used in oil processing industry for production of bitumens of different brands. The method includes separation of source raw materials into two flows, heating of one flow of raw materials and its oxidation in a reactor, compounding of oxidized and non-oxidized flows to produce a product. At the same time air supplied to the reactor is dispersed, oxidation of a part of the raw materials flow is carried out in hydrodynamic mode of restricted floating of air bubbles, temperature gradient reduction in the reactor is carried out by circulation of the part of fully or partially oxidized flow, and heat is transferred to heat oxidized raw materials, compounding of flows is carried out in a turbulent mixer, and spent gases leaving the oxidation reactor are exposed to catalytic treatment from organic admixtures.EFFECT: developed method and device differ by increased technical and economic parameters.67 cl, 11 dwg, 2 tbl, 9 ex |
