<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator that can enhance the heat dissipation efficiency and the heat transfer coefficient, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: A radiator 1 has a support board 10 having fixing grooves 13, and radiation fins 20 which are provided to erect and fixed in the fixing grooves 13 respectively. Heat of the radiation fins 20 is discharged to the air by cooling fluid supplied from one side in the depth and length direction. A plurality of radiation fins 20 are arranged and fixed in plural rows so as to be spaced from one another at predetermined intervals so that the radiation faces 20S face along the depth and length direction of the fixing grooves 13. In the radiator 1, the slope angles of the radiation faces 20s of the radiation fins 20A, 20B to an upper surface portion 11 of the support substrate 10 are different from each other between a radiation fin group 201 as the assembly of radiation fins 20A fixed in the same row in the depth and length direction between the fixing grooves 13 and a radiation fin group 202 as the assembly of radiation fins 20B adjacent to the radiation fins 20A in the depth and length direction.</p> |
