<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message transmission/reception assist system, a message transmission/reception assist method, and a message transmission/reception assist program for promoting smooth communication by utilizing various contents.SOLUTION: A chat unit 21 of a user terminal 20 includes a conversion view 210, a message storage unit 220, a chat destination management unit 230, a content view 240, an internal sharing unit 250, and an external sharing unit 260. The content view 240 displays contents acquired from various kinds of resources. An aggregator 241 of the content view 240 acquires various kinds of resources from an external site 10, and lists the acquired resources on a touch panel display. The internal sharing unit 250 executes a process for sharing the content in a chat group or at a destination to contact, and the external sharing unit 260 executes a process for sharing the contents in external social media.</p> |
