an array of a plurality of sensor cells arranged in at least one row and in at least one column, each sensor cell configured to receive analyte for analysis of the analyte and including a heating element and a temperature sensor element, the heating element configured to heat the sensor cell and/or analyte and the temperature sensor element configured to sense a temperature response of the heated sensor cell and/or analyte.
