With that, a condensing plant is used, which has a condenser of the steam turbine with production steam extraction, and additionally, utilisation of high-potential steam heat of production extraction is performed, with that, utilisation of high-potential steam heat of production extraction is performed by means of a thermal engine with a closed circulation circuit, which operates as per a Rankine organic cycle, in which a low-boiling working medium circulating in the closed circuit is used as cooling liquid. with that, it is compressed in the condensate pump of the thermal engine, evaporated and superheated in the condenser of the steam turbine with production steam extraction, expanded in a turbine expander of the thermal engine and condensed in a heat exchanger - condenser of the thermal engine by system water from the lower system water heater.
