A piezoresistive electronic skin, preparation method and use thereof, the piezoresistive electronic skin employing a carbon nano tube thin-film as a conductive layer (21, 22), and employing polydimethylsiloxane, polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl formal, polyethylene and the like provided with a micro nano-pattern as a substrate, such that the substrate is highly flexible and pliable, and has low operation voltage, little power consumption as well as high sensitivity and short response time. Employing a patterned flexible substrate (11, 12) as a base body improves the sensitivity of electronic skin to externally applied force. Also provided are a capacitive electronic skin and preparation method thereof. In addition, also provided are uses of the piezoresistive or capacitive electronic skin in the fields of speech recognition, pulse detection, medical robotics and the like.
