PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin resin composition that has remarkably excellent in adhesion performance to various kinds of substrate materials and to provide a laminate.SOLUTION: The olefin resin composition is (C) an olefin resin composition including: (A) a polar group-containing olefin copolymer produced by copolymerizing ethylene and/or a 3-20C α- olefin with a polar group-containing monomer including an epoxy group in the presence of a transition metal catalyst, which has a linear molecular structure and is random-copolymerized; and (B) an olefin resin having a melting point represented by a temperature in a maximum peak position of an absorption curve as measured by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of 30-124°C. The blending amount of the olefin resin (B) is 1-99,900 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polar group-containing olefin copolymer (A).
