PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, device and method for performing efficient order processing.SOLUTION: An inventory management system connected via a network to a medical analysis device for analyzing a specimen by using reagent includes: a communication part for acquiring operation information as information related to an operation using reagent by communicating with the medical analysis device; a database for recording the operation information; an inventory calculation part for calculating the residual amount of the inventory of the reagent on the basis of the operation information recorded in the database, and for storing it in the database; and a proposal order generation part for, when the calculated residual amount is less than a predetermined threshold, providing a proposal order screen including a display column of the recommended quantity of the reagent to be ordered and an input column of the quantity of the reagent to be actually ordered by a user and a choice of whether to order the reagent via the network to the user. The proposal order screen displays the recommended quantity of the reagent displayed in the display column in the input column in a displayable manner. |
