<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve keystone correction with suitable image quality in consideration of the constraints on hardware.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus determines the shape and size of an image signal obtained by deforming an input image signal on the basis of an optical condition according to a projection device, and sets a deformation parameter corresponding to the image signal after the deformation. The image processing apparatus switches between a first mode of determining the size of the image signal after the deformation preferentially to the number of pixels and a second mode of determining the size smaller than that determined in the first mode, so as to determine the size of the image signal after the deformation.</p> |
