摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a safety combustion control method using a primary gas pressure detecting switch for a boiler. The safety combustion control method comprises: a step of checking the maximum calories (Qmax) and the minimum calories (Qmin) of a control calorie for a ratio control of a corresponding boiler, the control calories remembered in a controller when the controller performs the ratio control to the calories; a step of detecting and remembering a present control calories (Q); a step of determining whether the primary gas pressure detecting switch installed in a gas supply pipe is in an off-state since gas pressure is low to the reference pressure (Poff) or less; and a step of, when the primary gas pressure detecting switch is in the off-state, subtracting predetermined calories (Qdown) from the previously remembered control calories (Q) to reduce gas consumption, resetting the maximum calories (Qmax) of the corresponding boiler by using the result of the subtraction to lower the air supply amount of a blowing fan, thereby maintaining the ratio control. Therefore, the lower pressure of gas supplied to a burner of the boiler is rapidly detected by using a primary gas pressure detecting sensor, thereby removing the possibility of imperfect combustion. The calories can be restricted at an accurate time such that a state where the gas pressure is insufficient can be accurately determined, and the amount of gas supplied can be preciously controlled. Erroneous detection can be prevented by using a primary gas pressure detecting switch, and particularly, a problem in managing the primary gas pressure detecting sensor can be resolved since monitoring is allowed only at the predetermined pressure. Furthermore, reliability and productivity of the boiler itself can be remarkably improved.</p>
