The present invention relates to an apparatus for issuing and attaching both shafts of a barcode label capable of improving the work efficiency as a barcode label can be attached to a product without stopping the entire production line due to barcode label replacement. Moreover, the apparatus for issuing and attaching both shafts of a barcode label comprises: a housing mounted on the upper surface of a base member, wherein first and second fixing plates are equipped in both lateral surfaces; a first barcode label generating part equipped to issue a label on which a barcode is printed as a first label and a first ribbon are drawn and passing through a first printer header by driving a first driving part installed in the rear surface of a first fixing plate by control of a controlling part to correspond to an input condition by operating multiple operation buttons on a first panel installed in the front surface of the first fixing plate of the housing; and a second barcode label generating part equipped to issue a label on which a barcode is printed as a first label and a first ribbon are drawn and passing through a second printer header by driving a second driving part installed in the rear surface of a second fixing plate by control of a controlling part to correspond to an input condition by operating multiple operation buttons on the second panel installed in the front surface of the second fixing plate of the housing. The present invention has an effect of issuing a barcode label from a label generating part in one side when a label or a ribbon is replaced or a label generating part in the other side is failed.
