OIL OR GAS AND SEAWATER INLINE SEPARATION APPARATUS WITH MULTI MOVING EXTRACTION PIPE AND THE METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an inline dielectric liquid separation apparatus with multiple movable extraction pipes and a method thereof, which enable collection and separation of oil or gas from a dielectric liquid, a mixture of oil or gas and seawater received from the sea bed, by centrifugal force. The inline dielectric liquid separation apparatus includes: an outer pipe having an inlet; a vortex rotor installed inside the outer pipe from the inlet side; a fixed extraction pipe having an outer diameter less than the inner diameter of the outer pipe, and positioned in a downstream of the vortex rotor inside the outer pipe; multiple movable extraction pipes changing the position of the inlet by stretching or contracting at an end of the vortex rotor side of the fixed extraction pipe in relation to the fixed extraction pipe; a pressure compensation pipe pressurizing gas or oil separated from the downstream of the fixed extraction pipe to be discharged; and a seawater discharge pipe formed at a part of the outer pipe where the fixed extraction pipe is positioned. The efficiency in extracting the gas or oil from seawater can be significantly improved by changing positions of the multiple movable extraction pipes as diameters of a low density liquid vortex and a high density liquid vortex vary due to a difference in proportion the gas or oil to the seawater.
