PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to transmit an image appropriate at the time of reaching a required position in advance thereof.SOLUTION: An image transmission device 101 includes: an acquisition part 102 for acquiring an image and location information on where the image was photographed; a recording part 103 for recording the image and the location information in association with each other; and a transmission part 104 for transmitting the image, which is associated with the location information corresponding to a predetermined position and which is adapted to the situation of the predetermined position at the time when a terminal 111 reaches the position, to the terminal 111 when acquiring, from the terminal 111, the acquisition request of the image photographed at the predetermined position.
