<p>The present invention relates to a direct conversion method of somatic cells to dopaminergic neuron using a drug inducible system. According to the present invention, a direct conversion method of somatic cells to dopaminergic neuron comprises the steps of: manufacturing a chimeric animal from embryonic stem cells internalized with transcription factors of Ascl1, Pitx3, Nurr1, and Lmx1a; separating somatic cells from the chimeric animal; and inducing dopaminergic neuron by culturing the somatic cells in a medium containing doxycycline.</p> |
