PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical telemeter system capable of surely preventing a setting error of a channel allocated to a transmitter, and to provide the transmitter and a receiver.SOLUTION: A transmitter 120 having a transmission part 280 for transmitting patient's biological information by radio by using a prescribed transmission frequency, and a notification part 240 for notifying transmission frequency information showing a transmission frequency, and a receiver 140 having a reception part 340 for receiving the biological information transmitted from the transmission part 280 by radio, and a notified part 300 for receiving notification of the transmission frequency information from the notification part 240, are included. Thus, a channel of the transmitter 120 is automatically notified to the receiver 140 even though a user (for example, a manager) does not perform an input about the channel (transmission frequency) of the transmitter 120 while looking at a surface of the transmitter 120. Then, the receiver 140 can correctly set the channel of the transmitter 120 without requiring user's manual work at all. |
