PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems, methods and devices for run-time configuration of mass memory devices.SOLUTION: A method includes: a reception step 112 for receiving at least one command related to anticipated usage of a memory device, where the at least one command is configured to activate at least one predefined access profile associated with the memory device, and where the at least one predefined access profile is stored in the memory device and is configured for determining access to the memory device for the anticipated usage; and a step 114 for configuring access to the memory device in accordance with the at least one predefined access profile for the memory device to be used for the at least one anticipated usage. |
