FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical machine building, and can be used during assemblage of the hydraulic protections being part of the submersible motors. The stand for assemblage of the hydraulic protections of the submersible motors contains and bedplate with guides, movable adjustable support, accessory for clamping of the assembled parts of the hydraulic protection and valve for oil drainage. The stand is equipped with the pneumatic multiplying gear for mechanical tightening of parts of the hydraulic protection, it has build-in regulator to ensure the set torque, and is secured in the rack located at the bedplate end. The clamping accessory is made in form of the installed on the carriage two-piston pneumatic cylinder with distribution valve, and hoses for air supply, bracket and replaceable pads. On the internal surface of the replaceable pads the brake tape is secured.EFFECT: increased productivity of assemblage due to mechanised tightening of parts of the hydraulic protection and prevention of their coating damage.2 cl, 3 dwg |
