PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device and radio communication equipment capable of achieving size reduction and communication at a plurality of frequencies.SOLUTION: The antenna device 1 is a helical antenna whose conductor is formed into a spiral shape and includes a first helical antenna 10 and a second helical antenna 11 different in self-resonant frequency from each other, and a loop antenna 12 with a feeding section 20. Each of the first helical antenna 10 and the second helical antenna 11 is disposed at a feedable position through electromagnetic coupling with the loop antenna 12.
