PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector in which a coating formed on a substrate of a terminal has a tin bismuth alloy layer of at least two layers, and a segregation suppressing layer for suppressing segregation of bismuth formed between the tin bismuth alloy layer of two layers, so that the connector can effectively suppress occurrence and growth of whisker, avoid occurrence of short-circuit, adapt itself to an environmental regulation, reduce the load to the earth environment, reduce the cost and enhance durability.SOLUTION: A connector which is electrically connected to a cable or a substrate has a housing, and a terminal 51 loaded in the housing, and the terminal 51 has a substrate 52 formed of metal, a tin bismuth alloy layer formed on the substrate 52, and a segregation suppressing layer for suppressing segregation of bismuth. |
