Described herein are manufactured dietary supplements that contain a phospholipid extract and the extract contains two forms of phospholipid-docosahexanoic acid. One form of phospholipid-docosahexanoic acid is phosphatidylcholine-docosahexanoic acid, and another form of phospholipid-docosahexanoic acid is phosphatidylethanolamine-docosahexanoic acid. The manufactured dietary supplement also contains L-methylfolate, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12.

1. A manufactured dietary supplement comprising: a phospholipid extract at a concentration ranging from 50 mg to 250 mg, the phospholipid extract having phosphatidylcholine-docosahexanoic acid and phosphatidylethanolamine-docoshexanoic acid at a ratio ranging from 1:1 to 5:1, and
a pharmaceutically acceptable form of folate, a pharmaceutically acceptable form of vitamin B6, and a pharmaceutically acceptable form of vitamin B12.
