The present invention relates to a PCB strain inspection device easily and rapidly checking degree of strain (for example, a mechanical damage) caused by an external pressure (force) applied to a printed circuit board (PCB) during assembly of the PCB, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The strain inspection device for a printed circuit board comprises a first fixing member; and a damage display fixed on a printed circuit board by the first fixing member, having a crack guide pattern, and cracked or damaged along the crack guide pattern by deformation of the printed circuit board.
